User-Generated Content Policy

StockBurger LLC may allow users to post comments, reviews, or other content (“User-Generated Content”) on our platform. By submitting User-Generated Content, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

 

  1. Content Ownership and License

By submitting content to StockBurger LLC, you retain ownership of your original work. However, by posting or submitting content, you grant StockBurger LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publicly display such content across our platform and for marketing or promotional purposes, including use in promotional materials, social media, and editorial summaries related to StockBurger LLC’s brand and services.

 

You warrant that:

  • You are the original creator of the content or have obtained all necessary rights and licenses to post the content.
  • The content does not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to submit content. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian before posting content.

  1. Your Responsibilities and Warranties

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the sole author and owner of the content, or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to post it;
  • Your content does not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any third party;
  • Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations;
  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StockBurger LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your User-Generated Content.
  1. Prohibited Content

You agree not to post content that:

  • Is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, or hateful;
  • Contains or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
  • Encourages illegal activity or self-harm;
  • Includes viruses, malware, or other malicious code;
  • Is irrelevant spam or promotional content for unrelated services.

We reserve the right to remove, refuse to post, or modify any content that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

      5. Moderation and Reporting Violations

StockBurger LLC may moderate User-Generated Content but is under no obligation to do so. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the opinions expressed in user posts.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, or edit content. We disclaim all liability for user-submitted content, even if we choose to moderate.

If you believe that any User-Generated Content violates these terms, please report it to us at info@stockburger.news, and we will take appropriate action as necessary.

       6. User Responsibility and Liability

As a user submitting content, you are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of any User-Generated Content you submit. StockBurger LLC is not liable for any damages or claims arising from the use or misuse of user-submitted content.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StockBurger LLC and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your User-Generated Content.

We may update this Copyright Notice and User-Generated Content Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website.

       7. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that you alone are responsible for the content you submit. StockBurger LLC disclaims any liability arising from user content, even if we choose to monitor or moderate it. We are not liable for any damages resulting from content that you or others post, even if offensive or harmful.
